How do I use my ticket?
For match tickets you will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please print this and bring this to the game.
Season Tickets: plastic cards will be posted to all Season Ticket Holders.
What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number - please print this and present this at the turnstile.
For those fans who purchase Season Tickets, cards will be posted to the address supplied.
Do you issue refunds?
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.
What time should I arrive?
We would suggest you arrive at least 45 to 30 minutes before kick off.
Can I make group bookings?
Please contact reception on 01924 211 611 for information on group tickets (20 or more).
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, via certain turnstile blocks. Please contact the club reception for more info.
Can I purchase a ticket on the day?
Yes, although this will not be as quick as buying on line, cash turnstiles are available.
Do you have restrooms available?
Yes, situated in several blocks around the ground
